I bet you didn’t know making tortilla chips was THIS easy.

I found this recipe on one of my favorite sites…. Family Fun. They always have such great ideas for parents!
With St. Patrick’s Day right around the corner, I decided to make homemade tortilla shamrock chips for the girls. There are two great things about this recipe.
1. SUPER easy…. cut out shapes, spray, bake
2. You can make ANY shape you want.
Search through your cookie cutter and have fun!
Here is what you need to make chips:
- 6 large tortillas
- cooking spray
- salt
- your choice of cookie cutter for shape
1. Preheat oven 350 degrees F. Cut shapes out of tortilla.
I also cooked the scraps to toss in my salad
2. Arrange the cut-outs on a baking sheet, lightly coat them with cooking spray, and sprinkle them with salt.
3. Bake at 350° for 5 to 7 minutes, and your chips are ready for a dip in salsa or guacamole.
NEED a homemade cheese dip, but as scared of Velveeta like I am? Give MOMables MOMvetta a try!
