I just love popcorn. It’s easy, tasty, and healthy, and there are so many ways to enjoy it – salty, spicy, savory, and sweet.
Here’s a sweet version that makes a terrific Valentine’s Day treat. It’s coated with white chocolate, then topped with Conversation Hearts and Valentine sprinkles to make a colorful and delicious mixture.
Â
This recipe makes a great big batch that’s you can share with all the people you love…or stretch it out for a week with just one special someone. So it goes a lot further than a box of fancy chocolates, and it’s a lot cheaper, too.
Plus, it’s popcorn, so it’s actually good for you, right? Or at least, not as bad as a lot of other sweets. So go ahead, dive in…and get your Valentine’s Day popping!
