Which is an easy resolution to make, but not an easy one to keep. It’s just so hard to resist the craving for “naughty” foods, like a nice, hot pepperoni pizza.

The solution? Find a way to enjoy your favorite foods without sabotaging your weight loss goals. And I’m here to help.

This homemade pizza uses a special dough that carries the Weight Watchers seal of approval. This WW 2 Ingredient pizza dough is completely fat-free and packs a nice dose of protein. With this recipe, there’s no need to measure out yeast and dissolve it in water before adding the flour. There’s no long rising time that requires you to get started hours before dinner. Just mix the ingredients, give the dough a quick knead, and it’s ready to roll out, top, and bake. With this easy dough, healthy homemade pizza – and healthy weight loss – are closer than ever.

How many Weight Watchers Smart Points does this dough have?

  • It depends on what plan you’re using. According to the WW site, each small dough ball is five points on the green plan, four points for blue or purple.

Can I use this dough for other things besides pizza?

  • Yes! You can make it into dinner rolls, bagels, breadsticks, flatbreads, pretzels – even cinnamon rolls!

It’s nice that this pizza dough is WW approved, but what about the cheese and pepperoni?

  • You can make those lighter, too! Instead of regular mozzarella cheese, use part-skim mozzarella, which has lower fat and calories. Replace the greasy pepperoni with lean turkey pepperoni, with more protein and less fat in each slice. Or, if you want to go all out, skip the pepperoni completely and throw on some nice, fresh veggies, like bell peppers or and broccoli. That will make your pizza super healthy and vegetarian friendly, too.

This is so good! I make mine really thin in the oven like you say, then put it in the air fryer for a few min at 400 to get it extra crispy. Thanks for the recipe!
