Some days just call for a big mug of something warm and cozy. This Copycat Starbucks Medicine Ball is one of my favorites when I’m feeling under the weather, have a scratchy throat, or just want a comforting drink to sip on. You can make two cups at home in just a few minutes, and it’s easy to swap out the teas based on what you can find at the store.

Also known as a Honey Citrus Mint Tea, this warm drink has a sweet, citrusy flavor with hints of peach and mint. And since you’re making it at home, you can easily adjust the honey, lemon, or mint to get it just the way you like it.

What Tea Should I Use for a Starbucks Medicine Ball?

Teavana Jade Citrus Mint and Teavana Peach Tranquility are popular choices for recreating this drink, but they can sometimes be more expensive or difficult to find.

The good news is that you don’t need those exact tea bags to make a delicious version at home.
