Cheeseburger Garbage Bread
- Preheat Oven 425 degrees. In a large skillet, sauté diced onions with a drizzle of olive oil.
- Add ground beef into the skillet and cook until meat is completely cooked. Drain any excess grease from pan.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce, steak seasoning, and freshly grated ½ cup of Colby cheese, ½ cup mozzarella cheese.
- Roll out pizza dough on a prepared baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread hamburger mixture over pizza dough, sprinkle remaining grated cheese over
hamburger mixture. - Roll up pizza dough, starting with the long side and pinch to seal the edges. Make sure
the seals are down on the baking sheet. - Spread melted butter over the crust. Then sprinkle with sesame seeds on top. Bake in pre-heated oven for 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
- Serve with your favorite hamburger toppings and sauce.
