Ranch Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Ranch Roasted Pumpkin Seeds served in a white bowl with small gourds in the background Since pumpkins, AND their seeds will be in our lives through Thanksgiving…. I thought I would try out a NEW flavor of roasted pumpkin seeds.

Last night we carved our Halloween pumpkins. Darryl did most of the carving, while I did the roasting. I couldn’t get the batches out fast enough! As soon as one was done, the girls and Darryl were devouring them. Ranch pumpkin seeds are BY FAR our new favorite flavor.

    1. It does say 25-35 minutes. Your oven may be a little different. Try checking them sooner next time.

    1. You do have to watch them and stir them a couple times during cooking.
