Ingredients
 

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 small onion finely diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon bouillon
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 4 ounces Mozzarella cheese sliced into 1/4” pieces

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, Italian breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, onion, garlic, milk, bouillon, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
