DIY Pizza Lunchable Lunchbox Idea
One lunch that pretty much no one can say no to pepperoni pizza. (Well, except maybe vegetarians, but you can always use veggie pepperoni.) The combo of hearty crust, tangy sauce, salty cheese, and spicy pepperoni makes everybody’s mouth water.
But when you’re packing up a lunch box in the morning, there just isn’t time to whip up a whole pizza. What can you possibly pack that’s quick and easy, but has the same amount of lunchtime appeal?
Simple: just break down the pizza into its parts, and pack those. Some large round crackers for the crust, a little cupful of marinara sauce, another of cheese, and one with little slices of pepperoni. Plus some grapes and cucumbers slices on the side to provide a healthy dose of fruits and veggies.
With this easy-to-pack lunch box, your kids can put together their own mini pizzas right at the lunch table, and save you the work.
