  1. This is by far the best chicken salad I’ve ever had! I didn’t add the cilantro(never did like it),but I put a little sriracha and made a toasted wrap….delicious!

This may be a silly question but how did you cook the chicken? In the oven? Crockpot? Just curious. Can’t wait to try this recipe!

  3. Do you boil the chicken or grill it before shredding? I’m completely new to cooking, so sorry if this sounds like a stupid question…

  4. Thank You! Will give this a try, I’m working on eating less sugar and more healthy fat. This sounds like a winner!

  5. This recipe is so delicious!!!!!! We wanted something light for dinner and this was perfect. A lot of people don’t like onions or want celery like my husband which a lot of other recipes include. This is so much healthier with cilantro, lime juice and avocados. It filled 1 1/2 pita’s so if you want more I would double the recipe. I used 1 cup of Hellman’s mayo vs 1/2 mayo and 1/2 yogurt. This is a keeper and will make regularly.
