Italian Spaghetti Pasta Salad

Italian Spaghetti Pasta Salad - Family Fresh Meals Recipe

Get ready for the best homemade pasta salad recipe!

Antipasto is a funny name. It sounds like it should mean something that cancels out pasta, right? So if you eat the antipasto and the pasta together, you’re still hungry?

But normally, just the opposite is true. The antipasto tray gets put out at the start of the meal, all loaded up with meat and cheese and olives, and you stuff yourself with all those goodies. Then, by the time the pasta dish shows up on the table, you have no room left for it.

This seems like an impossible dilemma. You don’t want to give up all that delicious antipasto, but you don’t want to miss out on the pasta either. Is there any solution?

  2. This was so tasty! We don’t do tomatoes so I used bell peppers instead. Quick and easy and ingredients a lot of us already have in the cupboard!!

This got described as bland and no one ate it. I think using a different pasta would help with the dressing sticking to it.

This is the best recipe. I have been making it since the 80’s. Kick it up a notch by adding about 2.4 bottle of McCormick Salad Supreme, it is hard to find in the supermarket, but it is worth the hunt!

    1. Oooooh! I will have to try that McCormick Salad Supreme if I can find it.
