Just leave a trail of this sweet and crunchy mix, and who knows – you might just catch a glimpse of a leprechaun in action.

How can I store this leprechaun bait? I recommend storing it in a sealed container or gallon-size Ziplock

Lucky Charm Clusters is a limited-edition cereal (at Target) so if you cannot find it you can use the original Lucky Charms.

Here is a simple muddy buddies recipe that we use for the holidays but for this just use all green and omit the red food coloring.

  • Use green food coloring to tint the melted chocolate or peanut butter a festive green color.
  • Add green candies, like M&Ms or green sprinkles, to the mix.
  • Incorporate green-colored ingredients like green pretzels or green-dyed coconut flakes.
  • Add Chex mix in the ziploc bags or even fun buckets for a fun presentation. Print out the fun free printable to create a fun treat for classmates or friends.

Leprechaun Bait

  1. In a small bowl melt almond bark. Add in a drop of green food coloring and stir.food dye being added to melted chocolate
  2. Add popcorn to a large bowl and pour melted green almond bark over and toss popcorn, until completely coated.popcorn mixed with melted chocoalte

Ingredients
 

  • 5 cups muddy buddies
  • 3 cups Life Rice Cereal
  • 3 cups Lucky Charm Clusters
  • 3 cups Popcorn popped
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup green m&ms
  • 2 squares White Almond Bark

Instructions

  • In a small bowl melt almond bark. Add in a drop of green food coloring and stir.
  • Add popcorn to a large bowl and pour melted green almond bark over and toss popcorn, until completely coated.
  • Grab an extra-large bowl and add remaining ingredients including green coated popcorn. Do not add the foiled coins.
  • Mix all together.
  • Add a cup of leprechaun bait to a snack Ziploc bag and add a few foiled coins. Seal and add leprechaun bait printable to the top and staple.
