I’m still having a great time exploring new flavor combinations for smoothie bowls. I think my newest one – Mango Peach Smoothie Bowl – may be my best yet. It’s incredibly tasty and incredibly healthy, and how many foods can you say that about?
You start by blending together mangos, peaches orange juice and some yogurt. This delicious combination packs an incredible punch of flavor, but it’s also rich in antioxidants and vitamins.

Now, if you stopped right there and just poured it into a glass, you’d already have a healthy and delicious breakfast. Mango Peach Smoothie Bowl
Make one smoothie bowl.
INGREDIENTS:
1 large mango, peeled and diced
1 large peach, peeled and cored
½ cup orange juice
1 cup vanilla yogurt
FAVORITE TOPPINGS:
strawberries and blueberries, peach slices, kiwi slices, blackberries
DIRECTIONS:
1. Prepare the puree by combining the ingredients in a blender. Pulse until smooth.
2. Top with strawberries and blueberries, peach slices, kiwi slices, blackberries. Serve immediately.

This is a great idea! So often when I am drinking a smoothie I am missing the bite (literally, like taking a bite). I’m gonna have to try this trick, like a step up from just yogurt and fruit.
