Meat Lovers Breakfast Bake Slab
For some people, a meal just isn’t complete without meat.
Mind you, I’m not one of them. I love to mix things up with vegetarian dishes, and make vegetarian versions of my meat-based recipes. (When you’re married to a vegetarian, you kind of have to.)

But hard-core meat lovers turn up their noses at veggie wraps and teriyaki tofu. They want meat, and lots of it, at every meal – even breakfast.
This Meat Lovers Breakfast Bake Slab is for them. It’s loaded up with bacon and sausage, baked in an eggy, cheesy batter with a layer of pie crust (ready-made, so it’s easy to use) on the bottom. It’s a meat lover’s breakfast dream come true.
Serve this on a morning when you’ve got a hard day’s work ahead of you, and even the most die-hard carnivores will leave the table satisfied. And all that protein will keep the less die-hard meat-eaters going throughout the day, too.
