  1. This looks yummy. And so easy to make too.

  2. Hey Corey,
You know what? I tried to make this 2 times before (finally) successfully pleased my family.
But it is worth the hard work. LOL.
Anyway, thank you for making me look like a professional. :)

You know it’s fun to make others hungry. Especially when they are so hungry they finally want to create your recipe. :)

just finished serving this….it’s a big hit

  5. Anonymous says:

so how many lbs of chicken breast? 4-5 could mean anything.

  6. Corey,
I would love to make this for my family, but my daughter has a pineapple allergy. Any suggestions for a replacement?

    • Maybe using an apricot preserve instead. It would still provide the same sweetness as the pineapple :)

  7. I made this tonight. It was super watery… yummy, but super watery. Would it work if I cut the amount of broth & water?
