Snickerdoodle Overnight French Toast

Overnight Snickerdoodle French Toast - FamilyFreshMeals.com - ----

For kids, Christmas morning is probably the most special morning of the entire year. Waking up at the crack of dawn, dying with anticipation to know what Santa brought you…hovering impatiently at the top of the stairs, waiting for Mom and Dad to wake up so you can go down and see…and then finally, that magic moment when you race down the stairs and see the stockings all full of goodies.

For Mom and Dad, we love to see the magic in our kids’ eyes light up when they open that extra-special present they’ve been hoping for…but there’s also stress that goes with it, because what if we got it wrong?

What we need is a Christmas morning tradition that’s special for the whole family, not just the little ones. Like, for example, a wonderful breakfast that’s far too rich and indulgent to eat every day…but since it’s Christmas, it’s okay to forget about the rules and just enjoy.

Overnight Snickerdoodle French Toast - yum - FamilyFreshMeals.com -

This Snickerdoodle Overnight French Toast is a rich, sweet, crunchy-creamy treat that can put the magic back in your Christmas morning. Because you prepare it the night before, all you have to do is put it in the oven to bake while you’re opening the stockings, and in half an hour, you can enjoy this extra-special breakfast with your jammies on.

In fact, this French toast is so yummy, your kids might actually forget all about presents for twenty minutes and just enjoy sitting around the table, eating breakfast together as a family. And if that’s not a real Christmas miracle, I don’t know what is.
