Italian Sub Roll Ups Lunch Box Idea

Italian subs are great for a party. The zesty combination of deli meats, provolone cheese, peppers, and olives makes a hearty and delicious snack, and it’s all packed onto a giant sub roll that’s big enough to feed a crowd.4 Italian Sub Roll Ups Lunch Boxes

Unfortunately, the size of this sandwich makes it a little impractical to enjoy when you don’t have a crowd to feed. If you made one of these giant subs and just sliced off a piece every day to put in your lunchbox, it would go bad – or you’d just get sick of it – long before you used it all up.

Luckily, you can still have all the flavor of everyone’s favorite sub in a form that’s small enough for your lunchbox. All you have to do is ditch that big sub roll, and turn the sandwich into a wrap instead.

Just roll up your meat, cheese, and peppers in some soft flour tortillas, and slice them neatly into rounds that you can tuck into the main section of your lunchbox (affiliate link). Fill up the smaller sections with some ripe Kalamata olives and sliced apples, and you’ve got everything you love about your favorite party sandwich in a handy, portable form.
