A fun snack they will think is a dessert!
I found the idea for this on the awesome Bakers Royale. My girls really like Nilla Wafers, LOVE bananas and are obsessed with sprinkles…. so this recipe was made for them.
They were very easy to throw together before lunch, and had both girls smiling from ear to ear 🙂

Do you think these would pack well for a lunchbox or would the cookies get mushy by lunch? If not, I will save these for after school snacks next week. Just thought they would look cute in the lunchbox during the first days!! I’m new to your blog and loving it! Thanks!
Corey says
They might get a little mushy, so we like to used them as a fun treat. You could try freezing the banana slices. That might help with the soggy factor 🙂

Is there something else that can be used instead of PB? My child is allergic to nuts.
Corey says
Yes! You could use anything that would help things stick together. How about jam or jelly, pudding, or honey!

I made these with my three-year-old grandson, Ethan, today. He loved rolling them in the sprinkles, and the adults devoured them for dessert. This recipe is definitely a keeper.

Yay! So glad everyone loved them June 🙂
