Buffalo Chicken Burgers
You guys have probably figured out by now that I have kind of a love-hate relationship with Buffalo wings.
I love that zesty combination of chicken, hot sauce, and blue cheese. But I hate how messy they are to cook and eat. I mean, seriously, the sauce gets all over everything. You pretty much need a whole napkin for each wing.
So I keep coming up with new ways to enjoy Buffalo chicken while minimizing the mess. Like my Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches and my Easy Buffalo Chicken Wraps. And for my latest twist, I’ve turned Buffalo chicken into…a burger!

You make these just like regular ol’ hamburgers, except instead of ground beef, you use ground chicken, flavored with salt, garlic, blue cheese, and a big shot of hot sauce. Form all that into patties, grill them, and serve them up on buns. I like to top mine with lettuce, tomato, and an extra helping of hot sauce and blue cheese.
These Buffalo Chicken Burgers has all the spicy, festive flavor of Buffalo wings – and it only takes one napkin to eat.
