The classic hot sandwich, with an Asian twist.

The hot roast beef sandwich is an American classic. It’s just a simple, can’t-miss combination of beef, cheddar cheese, and a creamy horseradish sauce, loaded onto a roll and baked or broiled. The hearty beef, melting cheese, and zesty horseradish make the perfect blend.
But even a great dish can always be made better! So I decided to give this classic American dish an Asian twist by putting the ingredients into an egg roll. Just wrap up the beef, cheese, and horseradish in little egg roll wrappers and fry them, and you’ve got all the flavor of the classic sandwich in a tasty, bite-sized appetizer.
These are great for any kind of a party, from game night to a potluck supper. They’re an easy-to-handle finger food that you can enjoy while sitting on the couch or walking around mingling with your friends.
It’s up to you whether to let your guests know that this Chinese-looking dish actually contains American sandwich fixings, or watch their faces when they discover it on their own. They may be surprised, but they won’t be disappointed.

Hi, can I bake it instead of frying it? thank you.
Corey says
Yep! The texture will be a little different but still yummy! I would brush the outsides of the egg rolls with olive oil or butter and then bake at 400 ºF for 12-15 mins.
