Edible Cookie Dough Recipe on a orange spatula

Raise your hand if you love cookie dough! Why yes, I am raising BOTH of my hands.  I am one of those people who would much prefer to eat the cookie dough than the actual cookie.  My girls just happen to be the same way.

As we all know eating raw cookie dough is a no-no.  Thankfully this Edible Cookie Dough Recipe is egg free, so you and your family can chow down without a worry.

I have made a similar recipe for my Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cupcakes, but that recipe makes a ton. So what if you want a quick treat for just you and your honey? This Edible Cookie Dough Recipe makes enough for two…..or one if you are having a really bad day 🙂

You say this is for two? I wouldn’t agree, this doesn’t even feed one, but it tasted good.

Hi! I’m really late to this, but I just wanted to say: this is amazing, just would say it’s a bit too sweet, I have a really big sweet tooth but this was a little to much. I honestly used a whole carton of flour but it was still sweet!! Was great though thanks Cory!

Good recipe. Could you please provide a version in grams so I can know exactly how much of each I need to purchase every time I make it? Thanks!

The directions were confusing to me, I mixed the butter and sugar and vanilla, then I mixed the flour and milk in a separate bowl and when I combined them it was chunky and not a good texture, I tried putting them in the freezer but it was still chunky

      Hey Emylia!
Sorry to hear it didn’t work out for you, but if you read it again, you’ll read that you’re supposed to add the milk then slowly add the flour one tablespoon at a time. When you add the flour all at once, it gets chunky and doesn’t mix well. I tried this recipe just now, and it turned out great following all the instructions. Give it another try, but read through the instructions more carefully this time.

Good luck and happy baking 🙂
