Edible Cookie Dough Recipe {for two}

Edible Cookie Dough Recipe on a orange spatula

Raise your hand if you love cookie dough! Why yes, I am raising BOTH of my hands.  I am one of those people who would much prefer to eat the cookie dough than the actual cookie.  My girls just happen to be the same way.

As we all know eating raw cookie dough is a no-no.  Thankfully this Edible Cookie Dough Recipe is egg free, so you and your family can chow down without a worry.

I have made a similar recipe for my Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cupcakes, but that recipe makes a ton. So what if you want a quick treat for just you and your honey? This Edible Cookie Dough Recipe makes enough for two…..or one if you are having a really bad day 🙂

  1. HI. Just finished making this with my daughter. It came out more like thick batter!! She still enjoyed it, so I’m happy!! We live in Hong Kong and at this time of year it’s mighty hot and humid so next time we’ve decided not to get the butter out the fridge first!

    It’s really good but the recipe said I needed 5 tablespoons of flour but it took me seven to make it into a cookie Ddough texture.

    Corey,
    This recipe was NOT enough to feed my two children! Troy was very angry that his mommy didn’t have a satisfying amount of cookie dough for him! THENNNNN my husband was upset that there was none left over for him and is threatening to divorce me. AND THEN Helen from the PTA was upset that my recipe was better than her STUPID LEMON SQUARES she flipped the table and has lost her position as PTA president. However, the taste was good and I now know to just make double the amount next time. I plan on making this for my son’s next soccer game! Thanks so much and keep up the good work! <3

    1. Hahaha! Sounds like you better triple it!

  4. Amazing. Made this twice–both without chips. Heated the flour in the microwave to an internal temp of 166F. Then I put the mixture in the fridge because I like cold cookie dough just like I use to sneak it from the cookie dough tubs as a child haha.
