For my delicious mesh-up dips, here is what I whipped up! Heinz has an entire mesh-up line of dips if you want to make this simple board even easier, but it is just as easy to make your own if you don’t want to buy them.

Dips I used for this french fry board:
- Equal parts: Mayo-Ketchup (2 TBSP of each)
- Mayo-Sriracha 3 TBSP Mayo and 2-4 tsp Sriracha (to taste)
- Ketchup-Balsamic Vinegar (3 TBSP Ketchup, 1 TBSP Vinegar (or to taste)
- Garlic Aioli: I used a very simple recipe of ¼ cup mayo, ½ TBSP minced garlic, 2 tsp of lemon juice and 1 TBSP of olive oil and blended it together in my food processor. This perfectly filled my little bowl up.
Other dipping options:
- Honey, ketchup and sriracha
- Mayo and Mustard
- Mayo and BBQ sauce

French Fry Appetizer Board
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F. This is the average temperature for most fires.
- Using 3 sheets, line with aluminum foil and divide each sheet in half with two kinds of fries. One of my sheets is smaller, so I had one type on two boards. Place your racks evenly apart one closer to the top and one closer to the bottom. Cook at 425 degrees F for 10 minutes and flip them and change racks. Repeat. You will add about 10 minutes of cooking time due to the volume of fries.
- For the Sweet Potatoes, I placed them in my air fryer, knowing they would cook differently than my fries (and this is a brand I use often). I cooked them on 400 for 8 minutes, shake and then 6 more.
- Monitor your fries closely towards the end. If you notice a pan cooking faster than the others, then remove them as they finish. Create and place your sauces on the board while fries are cooking and then serve hot and ready!
Optional:
I added additional garnishes but this is completely optional: I added a few sprigs of fresh rosemary to the rosemary fries, cilantro to the seasoned crinkle fries and then parsley to the straight cut fries.
