How to Make Fresh Fruity Chicken Pasta Salad

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta to al dente according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
  2. Mix the egg, orange juice, honey, lemon juice and nutmeg in a small saucepan. Cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat until slightly thickened, about 4 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.Ingredients for recipe in a glass bowl
  3. Combine the melon, chicken, celery, grapes, walnuts, and bowtie pasta in a large bowl. Toss until well mixed.

Ingredients
 

Dressing

  • 1 egg lightly beaten
  • ½ cup orange juice no pulp
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg

Salad

  • ¾ cups bow tie pasta uncooked
  • 1 small cantaloupe cubed
  • 2 cups cooked chicken cut into cubes
  • 1 cup seedless grapes halved
  • ½ cup celery sliced
  • ½ cup walnuts chopped

Instructions
