{ School Lunch } Happy Talk Like a Pirate day! For this Planetbox lunch there is a treasure map bagel thin sandwich, string cheese, carrots, kiwi, raspberries, an “X” graham cracker cookie and some dry cereal for dessert.
{ This was big D’s FAVORITE lunch this week! That girl loves sprinkles }
{ School Lunch } Here I packed a fairy bread sandwich in one of our EasyLunchboxes. Fairy bread is an easy way to jazz up a boring sandwich. Simply use small cookie cutters to remove shapes and place sprinkles in the cut out. I also have some pretzels, a Plum Kids Mash Up, fresh fruit and vegges packed.
{ School Lunch } PB&J dumpling press sandwich, broccoli & cauliflower with small container of dip, kiwi and strawberries, pretzels and yogurt covered raisins.
I just had to show you how easy it is to make these little pocket sammies.
- Simply put filling in the middle of 1 slice of bread, lay into a dumpling press, and seal.
- That’s it! That boring old PB&J just transformed into a lunchbox favorite!
{ School Lunch } For this lunch there are 2 mini croissants, a small container of jelly, olives, pineapple, banana chips and some fruit snacks.
I only had the chance to take pictures of one of my lunches this week. Who am I kidding, this week was so freaking crazy, I didn’t even get a chance to eat lunch most days. Ugh!
{ Mommy Lunch } Here I made a salad using scraps from the girl’s lunchbox cut-outs, a hard boiled egg, plum and some peapod chips. I used my yummy Homemade Cilantro Ranch dressing for this salad. YUM! Packed in EasyLunchboxes

What a fantastic array of lunch ideas! My daughter has celiac and needs to be gluten free, but so many of your lunches can be easily adapted. I LOVE LOVE the dumpling press! That is a must have, I think, for my near future 🙂
-Dana
Thank you so much Dana! Yes, the dumpling press is so much fun and so easy to use. I’ll try to be posting new lunch ideas each week, so make sure to check back 🙂 XO
Corey, I just LOVE your blog! I’m a 27 year old “grown up” with no kids but after stumbling on your blog I have started packing Bento lunches for my husband and I and we are the envy of our coworkers! Yes, I use the cute sauce containers and picks and colorful food cups. No shame! Everyone is so jealous and I am actually excited to eat the lunches I bring. Every day the POLICE MEN I work with can’t wait to see what my lunch looks like. Hahaha! Your ideas are fun for us big kids too! Keep posting!
-Nikki
