Greek Yogurt Chicken Salad just got a whole lot cooler!
If you love chicken salad and avocados, then you are going to go ga-ga for this recipe. After my first bite , I had an OMG moment. How can this taste THIS GOOD and be HEALTHY!
To make this recipe even more awesome, I used 1/2 mayo and 1/2 plain Greek Yogurt. This plus the creamy chunks of avocado really do take this recipe up a notch. Healthy Avocado Chicken Salad
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 20-30 minutes to let all those yummy flavors blend together.


- Serve on your favorite bread, crackers, pita pocket or on a bed of lettuce.

Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded chicken
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp lime juice
- 1 tsp fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup plain Greek Yogurt

Prior to finding this recipe I would have said I don’t like chicken salad. This recipe is a game changer! My husband and I absolutely loved it! I added more cilantro because we can never get enough of it, and served it on fresh kaiser rolls. It will be a new regular in our house! Thanks Corey!

I made this and love it!! Is there any way to keep the avacado from turning brown with the left overs? Still delicious but not so pretty!
You can use some lemon juice to prevent the avocado from turning brown!
