Mushroom Swiss Sliders
These Mushroom Swiss Sliders are a cozy, crowd pleasing main dish that works just as well for busy weeknights as it does for game day. Juicy burger meat, tender mushrooms, and slices of Swiss cheese are layered onto soft slider rolls and baked until melty and golden. If you’re looking for a great way to serve burgers for a group without standing over a grill, this easy recipe delivers every time.

– Swap Swiss cheese for provolone or mozzarella if needed.
– Use ¾ of the mushrooms if your family prefers a lighter mushroom layer.
– Add a pinch of Italian seasoning to the beef mixture for extra flavor.
– For a creamy topping, stir a splash of heavy cream into the mushrooms at the end of cooking.
– If you don’t have a 10×6 pan, a 9×13 works—just leave space around the edges.
Store leftover mushroom swiss burger sliders in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 325°F on parchment paper until warmed through, or use an air fryer for crisp edges.
Yes! You can cook the beef and mushrooms earlier in the day, then assemble the sliders just before baking so the buns stay soft.
