Once it comes off the grill, you let it rest for a few minutes while you arrange some greens, red onion, and crumbled bacon on a platter. Then you slice that steak in long strips, arrange it on top, and drizzle it with your favorite dressing.
With all that juicy, delicious steak on top, the carnivore in your life won’t even notice he’s eating salad.

1 lb of your favorite grilling steak
1/2 Tablespoon Seasoned Salt
2 Tablespoon Oil
1 Tablespoon Mustard (yellow or Dijon)
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
Pepper as desired
1-2 garlic cloves, minced
5 slices of bacon, cooked and diced
6-8 Cups Salad/Lettuce
¼ Red onion, sliced
1/2 cup favorite vinaigrette or creamy dressing

2. With a brush, brush one side of the steak with the mustard marinade.
3. Place on hot grill and cover with the lid. It may flare up, but the flames will die down quickly.
