Slow Cooker Mississippi Steak Bites
- Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak cubes and sear for 3-4 minutes, turning the cubes so that they are browned on all sides.
- Add the steak cubes to the bottom of a large slow cooker. Make sure to get all the juices and butter from the skillet into the slow cooker too. Pour the beef broth over the meat.
- Sprinkle the ranch seasoning and au jus gravy mix evenly over the top of the beef.
- Cut the remaining butter into slices, and place them around the slow cooker on top of the beef, along with the pepperoncini peppers.

- 8 tablespoons unsalted butter divided
- 1 cup low-sodium beef broth
- 1 oz packet ranch seasoning
- 1 oz packet au jus gravy mix
- 8 pepperoncini peppers
Instructions
- Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak cubes and sear for 3-4 minutes, turning the cubes so that they are browned on all sides. *
