Sip on the sunshine!
Whenever I make this delicious smoothie, I close my eyes, and it takes me to a beach, a beautiful beach …..with warm sand, turquoise waters and a golden sun.
Sigh….
Although we can’t all make it to a deserted island with tropical drinks, you can pretend with this Sunburst Smoothie! Fruity, fun, and healthy! What else can you ask for? Start your day off right with this Sunburst Smoothie
Sunburst Smoothie
- 1/2 cup baby carrots
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 TB honey
- 1 TB Chia or Flax Seed
- 1 cup plain Greek Yogurt.
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup baby carrots
- 1/2 cup orange juice

Are the calories for one serving or two? So you know it says serves two so was wondering if the calories were for both or all together.
