Thai Chicken Pizza
Pizza night is always a win at our house, and this Thai Chicken Pizza is one of our favorite pizzas when we want something a little different. Inspired by flavors you might find at California Pizza Kitchen, this delicious pizza combines tender chicken, crunchy carrots, and a bold thai peanut sauce that the whole family loves. It’s the perfect mix of sweet, savory, and just a little spicy, making it a fun switch from traditional pizza sauce nights. Whether you’re using homemade dough or a pre-made pizza crust, this thai pizza is a favorite way to shake things up. Serve it hot and watch it disappear fast.

Absolutely. A pre-made pizza crust is perfect when you’re short on time and still want a delicious pizza.
It’s mild as written, but you can add extra thai sweet chili sauce or asian chili sauce if your family likes more heat.
Pepper jack works well if you want a little spice, or you can mix it with mozzarella cheese for extra flavor.
