Save your points and still enjoy a satisfying lunch.
When you’ve been on WW (or Weight Watchers, as they used to call it) for a while, you start to see every piece of food in terms of points. So instead of a bowl of popcorn, you see two points. Two Oreo cookies become four points. A slice of pizza? At least five.
This can be frustrating on those days when you know you’ve got a big-point dinner planned. Because when you’ve got literally zero points left for lunch, practically every piece of food you look at turns into something you can’t eat.
This Weight Watchers Zero Point Lunchbox is the answer. It’s got an assortment of healthy foods that all have zero, count ‘em, zero WW points! So instead of sitting down to yet another bowl of mixed greens, you can chow down on sliced chicken, hard-boiled egg, cucumber, bell pepper, apples, and grapes, all with a side of one of these 0 point Greek Yogurt Dips.
With this Zero Point Box, you’ll never have to choose between going hungry and going over your point total again.

Love this zero lunch idea. Would’t you have to use non fat greek yogurt for the dip to be zero points? 2% is 4 points for a cup.
Corey says
Yep! Use the 0% greek yogurt to make the dip 0 points 😉
Jamie says
I would love to use this idea, do you have any other suggestions to replace the egg???
Corey says
Perhaps some beans for protein?
jacquie says
i make something very similar and yours look awesome! how do you keep your apples from turning brown if you keep for 3 days? any tips?
Margo says
You can submerge them in water with lemon for a while, and it keeps the Browning to a minimum.
Jesse says
You can slice them with an apple slicer, but not quite all the way through to the bottom. Reform the slices back into an apple shape and then wrap a snug rubber band around it. No need for lemon juice or anything.
Maria Santillan says
Wonderful tip. Thank you.

I’m not a meat eater. What can I substitute so I can get the same benefits as the meat provides?
Corey says
Beans or tofu are always a great substitute. I hope that helps 🙂
Melissa Roark says
If I substitute meat or veggie for alternative let’s say no peppers maybe carrots or more cucumber or a boiled egg extra instead of meat if possible how do I know how much is allowed. And I don’t care for Greek yogurt can I use reg light maybe or leave it out and how much total for meal can u have
Cindy Wiora says
The lunch boxes look great, can I substitute chicken with canned salmon or tuna? I truley hate cooking, I do Freshly meals for dinner because there’s no prep I just throw it in the microwave so I’m looking for something healthy and very easy for lunches instead of a boring sandwich.. I’m not really as lazy as I sound, I’m also not home very much, I swim.and take.classes after work. Thanks!
Corey says
Yes! You sure can. 🙂 Those would make great substitutes.
Christy says
I love this, thank you. How do you keep the apples from going brown?
Corey says
I will soak mine in a lemon/water or sprite zero/water mix for a couple minutes before putting them in the boxes. That helps a lot with the browning
Janet says
A hard boiled egg is 2 WW points. So it’s not a zero point lunch.
Corey says
Hi Janet. Actually on the NEW blue and purple plan, eggs are 0 points. So it does depend on what plan you are using now.
Jeri Bitney says
Thank you!
Joanne Endorf says
I’m wondering why the chicken and egg are zero points. I’m on Green and would have to count them right?
Corey says
For the Green Plan yes. These are 0 points on the Blue and Purple plan.
Tony John says
I think you should have done a little research before publishing this post. As I have checked and the Greek yogurt is two points, not zero. I do like the idea of this lunchbox, but as I am on a WW green diet, I wouldn’t be able to enjoy the Greek yogurt, chicken or boiled eggs, as these all have points.
Corey says
Hi Tony! This lunch is zero points on both purple and blue. The post was published before they reintroduced that green plan. Sorry for any confusion. 🙂
Stacey says
I make similar lunches all the time – very helpful in doing WW. But when I read a recipe or suggestion, I’m aware that the points for one person might be different for me. It isn’t the recipe poster’s responsibility to figure it out for every different person. Please do your own work in figuring points or calories or carbs or whatever. The person posting is not your personal resource for every bit of info!
ROSIE says
Great inspiration for meal-prep! ♡ Thank you so much!! I’m not sure how lovely people like you can stand the ridiculous critics! Bless you for keeping your composure! Your content is fabulous!
Corey says
Thank you for the kind words Rosie 🙂
Corey says
Hi Christy,
This is a zero point lunch on both the blue and purple plan. There are points if you are following the green plan.
Anna Marie Graci says
Since there are no longer purple or blue plans what is the value of these lunches on the WW plan?
Corey says
With the new WW Personal Points plan, everyone has different “free foods”, so it will really depend on what individual free food you have.
Stephanie says
What size dip container do you recommend?
I’m not good at visualizing 🤣
Amazing little box, exactly what I was looking for to prepare lunches for my kiddos and I while camping.
Corey says
These will work out great with the lunchboxes. https://amzn.to/3GB85Fv (amazon affiliate link)
Angie Bailey says
Thank you. I’m struggling to keep on track. This is perfect
Lisa says
Could you make a recommendation for a substitute for the eggs?
Corey says
How about tofu or some garbanzo beans?
Katie says
The ingredients for this lunch, are these split up between 4 servings? So each container gets 1 cup chicken, 1 hard boiled egg, 1 cup cucumber 1cup pepper? And how much apples and grapes go in.
Corey says
Yes, the ingredients are divided into 4. The amounts for each are at the bottom of the post in the recipe card. Divide everything by four 🙂
Edie Leone says
Great info and ideas WW changed the program so it is a little confusing about points but you are right on with your meals points. Thank you
