The holidays are quickly approaching and that means my life gets busier and busier. I don’t plan for it to be like this, but tis the season. I’m always running the kids somewhere or we have a holiday party to attend. Don’t get me wrong, I love every minute of it, but I have to catch my breath somewhere. This year, I want to remove as much stress from my life as I can and I’m starting in the kitchen. Thanks to Casa Di Bertacchi (can be found at Sam’s Club) I’m getting a lot of help in the kitchen and I’m so excited.

The product I’m using a lot this holiday season is the Daily Chef – Casa Di Bertacchi. One my favorite holiday recipes this year are this year is the Zesty Crockpot Cranberry Meatballs. Man, these are so simple to make and so yummy. Obviously the star ingredient are the Daily Chef – Casa Di Bertacchi meatballs. These meatballs totally make the recipe extra delish!

I specifically designed this recipe to be quick and easy for us on-the-go people. Like I mentioned, the holidays are busy, so it’s time to take away some of the stress, especially in the kitchen. Are you ready for the most simple, yet most delicious recipe of the holiday season? These are the perfect appetizer for taking to other people’s homes or a fun meal for feeding your own family.

Zesty Crockpot Cranberry Meatballs

  • 2 lbs Daily Chef – Casa Di Bertacchi Meatballs
  • 1 (14oz) can of jellied cranberry sauce
  • 1/3 cup Orange Marmalade
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  1. Place meatballs in a 3-4 quart crockpot. In a small bowl, mix together the rest of the ingredients.

  2. Pour mixture over meatballs. Mix until well combined.

  3. Cover and cook on LOW for 4-5 hours, stirring a couple times to prevent burning.

Total Time 4 hours 5 minutes

Ingredients
 

  • 2 lbs Daily Chef - Casa Di Bertacchi Meatballs
  • 1 14oz can of jellied cranberry sauce
  • 1/3 cup Orange Marmalade
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Place meatballs in a 3-4 quart crockpot. In a small bowl, mix together the rest of the ingredients.
  • Pour mixture over meatballs. Mix until well combined.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 4-5 hours, stirring a couple times to prevent burning.

    1. Any yummy green veggie would rock! How about some green beans, sauted broccoli or a salad?
