Easy Greek Yogurt Dips

  1.  Mix together Greek Yogurt and dry mix until well combined. Use right away, or cover and keep refrigerated until really to use.
  2. I like to mix these up right in the yogurt container. Added bonus: Most yogurts this size have resealable lids so you can just pop the lid back on for storage!

Here we have the greek yogurt ranch dip:

Your recipes sound yummy but being in the UK I cannot get some of the things in them….For example the dry mixes for the yoghurt dips….Any suggestions as to what I can use instead, Thanks…Margaret

I love that you posted this! Just today I mixed a packet of cucumber dill seasoning I picked up at the farmers market with Fage Greek yogurt! So yummy with chips and fresh veggies. Awesome ideas!

Thanks a lot, I was just following your ‘rock this lunchbox’ entry and wondering what kind of dip to put in since Monday is back to school. Protein-packed, healthy, no mayo (am not a fan) and not hummus either–bingo! Thanks! Just read a Mom Hack where one mum serves a finger food dinner every Sunday night with crudités and dip starring in the main roles, and then bags up the rest for portable weekday lunches to knock out dinner and meal prep in one fell swoop. So cheers for the dip recipe because dinner is on for tomorrow!

    1. Love that idea! I’m all about dips for dinner! haha

  4. I noticed you use 2% fat greek yogurt. I thought it had to be 0% non fat greek yogurt to be 0 points 🙂

    1. Yep! I order for it to be 0 points you should use 0%

  5. How many points per serving?

So good! I’m not much of a yogurt fan but I added the dry ranch dip and it is delicious!! Hope I don’t get busted licking the bowl!

  7. How many weight watchers points is this?

    1. It depends on the fat percent in the Greek Yogurt. If you use 0% fat Greek Yogurt, it is 0 points.

How many points if you use the 2% you show in the article????

        1. To be sure, it will depend on the brand you use. I would suggests plugging in the yogurt you plan on using in the WW app.

  8. What a good idea!! I always try to over complicate recipes and I give up. This is easy and healthy, double win! Thanks for sharing!

  9. Thank you. You’ve solved my problem.
I love to nibble and Weight Watchers too.

  10. I’m starting off WW again & I love this idea mixed with your 0 point lunch box–perfect for the warm weather coming!

how much of the dry packet do you use in a small container of greek yogurt?

    1. You will want to go by taste for this one. Some people don’t like a lot because of the sodium. So start with a little and add until you get to your liking 🙂
