Beer Dip

BEER DIP! This is the dip we bring everywhere, and it is always the first dip to disappear. Seriously, no gathering is complete without this easy dip.
My dear friend Beth introduced me to this dip. I give her all the credit for the awesomeness! Did I mention how simple this bad boy is to make! Check it out!

How to make Beer Dip
- I used an electric stand mixer to mix up the dip. Feel free to mix by hand…. you will burn many more calories, which means you can eat more beer dip 🙂
- Start by placing the 2 bricks of cream cheese in your mixing bowl. Pour about 1/2 a beer into the bowl.
- Next add your 2 cups of cheese and ranch mix.

- Mix together until smooth. Feel free to play around with the beer. You can add more to make it thinner or don’t put as much in to thicken it up. Refrigerate dip for about and hour. And serve! You can serve this dip with a ton of different dippers. Pita chips, crackers, veggies. Our favorite is pretzels! Hope you enjoy!

Good, but it’s hard to mess anything up when you’re starting out with cream cheese and ranch seasoning. This is not a traditional beer cheese recipe, and I’m not sure that the beer really adds anything to the overall flavor – sort of an afterthought to a classic party dip mix.

This looks like a must have at a gathering. Whether you use pretzels, pita chips or tortilla chips, it’d be a win! Thank you!
How long can it last after we make it? Thanks!
I would store it in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Thank you 😀

Make this every year for our Octoberfest spread + on special occasions. Highly recommend with large soft pretzels too!
