Crockpot Coke Ribs
Achieve incredibly succulent and saucy ribs with this easy Crockpot Coke Ribs recipe. All you have to do is add the ingredients to your slow cooker, set to cook, and enjoy once the Crockpot has done all the hard work for you!
These sticky sweet and tangy slow cooker coca cola ribs can be served with pasta salad, baked potato wedges, creamy coleslaw or roasted veggies.
Recipe Notes:
- While I’ve used baby back ribs (I really love the flavor of them), you could use beef ribs instead.
- To reduce the sugar content in this coca cola ribs recipe, use diet coke instead of regular coke, and add a liquid sweetener if required.
- If you want a little spice in these easy coca cola ribs, add a few red pepper flakes into the crockpot.
- Regular coke can be substituted with other carbonated drinks (with sugar) such as Pepsi or Dr Pepper root beer. The taste is going to vary but will remain delicious.
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. You also have the option of freezing this dish for up to 3 months.
Thaw overnight in the fridge and reheat in the oven, covered with aluminum foil, until heated through.
If you want a slightly crispy exterior to your ribs just prior to serving, pop the ribs in the oven after adding the extra sauce over the slow cooked ribs, and set to broil for about 5-6 minutes.

I made it with a ham, Dr. Pepper and 1/2 tsp salt. I am crossing my fingers.
I’m making this today! Thx!
One of the easiest (5-10 min prep., minimal ingredients, little mess, no dishes except crock and a bowl), crock-pot recipes there is. There are different variations as far as type of soda and cooking time but the result is always delicious, tender, flavorable, fall of the bone ribs. To me, I like the taste of the coke instead of dr. pepper. But, to each his/her own.
