Very awesome recipe. On regular rotation. Nothing went to waste. About 3 cups of tomato and veggie “base” left over. Blended it smooth and used it as broth in a rustic italian sausage and tomato recipe – adding a bit of beef broth to thin it out. Amazing soup and nobody knew it was leftovers!

    1. Love that idea for the leftovers!

Can I prepare this ahead of time and keep in refrigerator till ready to cook

    3. You could get all the veggies chopped up, but I would wait until you are ready to cook to brown the meat.

Excellent recipe. Will definitely make again. But seem to have alot of juice left over. Can I use just 1 can of tomato soup? Think I will do that. Idk what to do with leftover juice & vegetables

  4. going to try next week is the “cream of tomato” just reg. tomato soup like campbells? or is it labeled cream tomato

    1. Campbells does make a cream of tomato… so look for that on the label.
