Most people say breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but I think there’s a case to be made for lunch.
After all, for a lot of us, the lunch hour is the only break we really get in the middle of a long day of work. When you know you have a good lunch packed, it gives you something to look forward to all morning. And when you finally get to enjoy that lunch, it gives you a boost to keep you going all afternoon. It can mean the difference between a good day and a meh one.
For me, one of the best ways to give myself a lift at lunchtime is with a meal that has exotic foreign flavor. Take this Easy Mediterranean Lunchbox, for instance. hummus
Cucumbers
Grilled chicken breast
cherry tomatoes
black olives
