Edible Cookie Dough Recipe {for two}

Raise your hand if you love cookie dough! Why yes, I am raising BOTH of my hands. I am one of those people who would much prefer to eat the cookie dough than the actual cookie. My girls just happen to be the same way.
As we all know eating raw cookie dough is a no-no. Thankfully this Edible Cookie Dough Recipe is egg free, so you and your family can chow down without a worry.
I have made a similar recipe for my Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cupcakes, but that recipe makes a ton. So what if you want a quick treat for just you and your honey? This Edible Cookie Dough Recipe makes enough for two…..or one if you are having a really bad day 🙂

Yum, but mine turned out very brown sugary and I do not know why. I did not use that much brown sugar??
Super delicious, only problem was there wasn’t enough 😂
Love this recipe!! However, atleast for me, the taste of a butter taste of butter was a just bit overwhelming and it was a bit more sticky then what I prefer. Second time I made it I added a bit less butter (about 1 2/3 tbs) with a pinch of salt and added just a little bit more flour. Worked out perfectly!! Over all an amazing recipe!
The flavor of this cookie dough is GREAT. Really. Good proportions of butter, vanilla, salt, etc. I did find it still too liquidy with 5 T flour, so I ended up adding around 4 T rolled oats to thicken it up. Again, loved it. Thanks!
This recipe is amazing 🤩 but I didn’t have chocolate chips so I replaced them with chocolate m&ms and it was delicious I ate it all
