Edible Cookie Dough Recipe {for two}

Raise your hand if you love cookie dough! Why yes, I am raising BOTH of my hands. I am one of those people who would much prefer to eat the cookie dough than the actual cookie. My girls just happen to be the same way.
As we all know eating raw cookie dough is a no-no. Thankfully this Edible Cookie Dough Recipe is egg free, so you and your family can chow down without a worry.
I have made a similar recipe for my Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cupcakes, but that recipe makes a ton. So what if you want a quick treat for just you and your honey? This Edible Cookie Dough Recipe makes enough for two…..or one if you are having a really bad day 🙂

This was super easy and definitely satisfied my partner and I’s munchies!
Made this recipe several times and it’s always nice to have, definitely should add a bit more flour into it if you want a thicker more doughy consistency. Personally I don’t really mind though
The recipe is just enough for one person but if you’re a bit of a cookie nut like me you could always double it and save whatever you don’t eat for later (assuming that it saves well, I haven’t tried since I usually eat it all)
My 8 year old just made this recipe, thank you, it’s so yum !
It was so good, I usually can’t find a good cookie dough recipe that has a good texture and amazing taste but this has both and more. Will definitely use it in the future!
I have attempted to make cookie dough without a recipe, and it turned out really bad, very hard, and didn’t taste good whatsoever. I also used Granulated Sugar in that recipe, but I followed this one and it came out perfect, I was really nervous because I’ve had a bad experience eating this, but it came out amazing, and tasted so good! Now my sister is telling me to make her one as well. Speaking of, does Gluten-Free Flour also work for this recipe?
Glad to hear you loved this recipe Sakina! I haven’t tried gluten free flour, but I would think it would turn our similar.
