Edible Cookie Dough Recipe {for two}

Edible Cookie Dough Recipe on a orange spatula

Raise your hand if you love cookie dough! Why yes, I am raising BOTH of my hands.  I am one of those people who would much prefer to eat the cookie dough than the actual cookie.  My girls just happen to be the same way.

As we all know eating raw cookie dough is a no-no.  Thankfully this Edible Cookie Dough Recipe is egg free, so you and your family can chow down without a worry.

I have made a similar recipe for my Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cupcakes, but that recipe makes a ton. So what if you want a quick treat for just you and your honey? This Edible Cookie Dough Recipe makes enough for two…..or one if you are having a really bad day 🙂

    Hi this might sound really silly, but there’s no mention of baking them. I love raw cookie dough but I’m just wondering how does the mix fair when baked? I’m eager to try it out tonight that’s why I wanna ask before I do 😛

      I put it in the microwave for 45 seconds ( high powered one) and it is sooo delicious. I did use almond milk and wheat flour instead, but don’t think that will matter!

    I know I’m late to the party, but this is so good! I’m now making it for a second time. It’s a keeper. And the picture of your girls with the cookie dough is adorable.
