Garlic Roasted Pork Tenderloin

Garlic Roasted Pork Tenderloin
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Stir together softened butter, herbs, and chopped garlic to form a paste.
- Place the pork on a greased sheet pan and sprinkle well on all sides with salt and pepper.
- Rub the butter paste over all of the pork, concentrating any extra chunks on the top of the tenderloin.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes or until the thickest portion of the pork registers 150°F.
- Remove from the oven, baste with melted butter/drippings from the pan, and cover loosely with aluminum foil for 5 minutes.
- Baste again with pan drippings, sprinkle with fresh herbs, if desired, and slice. Serve immediately.

- 2 pounds pork tenderloin
- 1/4 cup salted butter softened
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh herbs sage, thyme, and oregano
- 5 cloves garlic finely chopped (plus whole cloves for roasting, if desired)
- Fresh herbs for garnish optional
