Do you want to know what I love most about this recipe?  These Honey Garlic Crockpot Meatballs can be served as an appetizer or a main meal!

Isn’t that great! So keep a bag of frozen meatballs on hand for those nights when you don’t know what to have for dinner, OR need a crowd pleasing appetizer.

Honey Garlic Crockpot Meatballs

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 TB soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (28oz)  bag fully cooked, frozen meatballs

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together brown sugar, honey, ketchup, soy sauce and garlic.

  2. Place frozen meatballs in a 3-4 quart crockpot and pour sauce over meatballs. Stir so all meatballs are coated evenly. Cook on LOW for 4 hours, stirring occasionally.

Ingredients
 

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup ketchup

Instructions

    Made these tonight. They were delicious! Not too sweet at all which is surprising given the amount of suger and honey. The only thing I changed is that I substituted half the ketchup with barbecue sauce, since I don’t like too much ketchup flavor. Definitely a keeper!

    I doubled the recipe since I have a 8 qt crock pot. Do I double the time on low?

    Going to start these soon as my baby goes to nap. My toddler is mildly obsessed with meatballs at the moment and I have ran out of ideas. Hopefully he will enjoy these and I can add them to our meatball rotation, lol. I have some left over cilantro and lime rice we will serve these with. Thanks for the recipe!
