Honey Garlic Crockpot Meatballs

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 TB soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (28oz)  bag fully cooked, frozen meatballs

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together brown sugar, honey, ketchup, soy sauce and garlic.

  2. Place frozen meatballs in a 3-4 quart crockpot and pour sauce over meatballs. Stir so all meatballs are coated evenly. Cook on LOW for 4 hours, stirring occasionally.

Ingredients
 

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 TB soy sauce

Instructions

  1. I made these meatballs for some friends and they were a big hit! I cooked them in a large pot over medium-low heat for about 45 minutes, as I didn’t have time to cook in the crockpot. Thanks for this recipe! It’s a keeper!

    These are so awesome! I have served them at four parties now, and they are always a big hit. I think everyone assumes they are the regular slow cooker party meatballs but are pleasantly surprised by the taste twist when they try them. I make them gluten free with gluten free frozen meatballs and gluten free soy sauce. I double the sauce ingredients and cook on high for 2.5 hours. Perfect and delicious!

  3. Made these for dinner tonight. Yum. Delicious. Was worried they may be overly sweet. Nope, perfect. Kids loved them too, made them with rice and salad.

    In cooking class in school we learned that T was or tablespoon and t was for teaspoon. Wasnt necessary to put Tbs or tsp.
