  • 14 Manicotti Pasta
  • 1 lb Italian sausage
  • 16 ounces Ricotta
  • 1 & 1/2 cups Shredded Mozzarella
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Basil minced
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Spinach thawed and drained of any liquid
  • 24 Ounces Marinara Sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 5 Garlic cloves finely minced
  • 1 Sweet Onion Diced
  • 1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Basil for garnish

    Question: if you prepare this ahead of time and freeze it, what are your recommended cook times?

  2. Gave this recipe a test run, we loved it, so gonna put it in with our Vacation recipes. Always looking for something quick and easy that I can make ahead and freeze. So we can take on Vacation that I can take out and throw in the oven. Making this in an aluminum foil pan, makes freezing , cleanup, and baking wonderfully easy!!
