Mini Sandwich Lunchbox Idea

Mini Sliders Lunchbox Idea - School lunch from Family Fresh Meals

In my ongoing effort to fight the “sandwich rut,” I keep trying to come up with ways to make my favorite sandwiches more interesting. The easiest way to do this is to replace the bread with something a little more fun. For example, I’ve shaken up the classic turkey and cheese sandwich by turning it into pinwheels and by leaving out the bread entirely and making kabobs.

And my latest twist on good old turkey and cheese? Mini sandwiches!

Instead of making just one big sandwich and cutting it into quarters, spread out the same amount of turkey and cheese (plus lettuce and mayo) across three little Hawaiian slider rolls. Just having your sandwich in this handy, pocket-sized form will make it feel like something fresh and new.

Fill up the main compartment of your EasyLunchBox with these little sliders, add some pretzels and grapes on the side, and you’ll have a tasty, easy lunch that won’t feel like the same old, same old.Mini Sliders Lunchbox Idea packed fast with Easy Lunchboxes - Family Fresh Meals
