I am adding lots of your recipes to my collection…. Some items aren’t available here in the uk – do you think hash browns would work in place of tater tots?
Forget the crackers or chips…….give me a fork and watch out!!! Sounds like a new way to make tater tot casserole…lol
Bahhaha. I’m with your Cheryl! hehe
I made this last night with sausage instead of ground beef and believe it or not—-added salsa for a little kick and it was really good!!! I made mine in a crock pot to take to our party and it was a HUGE hit, everyone wanted the recipe!! Thanks!!
Ineeded a party recipe so I tried this. Like Heidi, I made it with sausage – I used sage style. It really seemed too thick to be a dip, so I ran out for more sour cream. Still seemed too thick for dip so I went with that, and beat a couple eggs and mixed them in too. It came out like a casserole / side dish and everyone enjoyed it.
For a easy Sunday morning, I would make it ahead, but add more eggs and morph it into a breakfast casserole.
Nice recipe, Corey. Thank you. Happy New Year to you and your family.
