Tropical Avocado Smoothie

Tropical Avocado Smoothie in a glass with a straw

Welcome back to Smoothie Sunday! I wanted to thank all my Family Fresh Meal fans for making it such a success! Did you give  The BOSS a try?

I am beyond excited to bring this Tropical Avocado Smoothie to you. Talk about a powerful breakfast. And OH SO smooth and creamy, if feels like you are sipping on a milkshake. No joke! I really do love all smoothies, but I think I am going to have to call this one my current favorite.  I could be partial, seeing as I love all things avocado.

You be the judge! Try this healthy Tropical Avocado Smoothie and let me know what you think!

Note: If you do not have frozen fruit to use for the smoothies, fresh fruit will work just fine. If using fresh fruit, make sure to add a handful of ice to the other ingredients before blending. The frozen fruit just adds that cold element to make an ice cold drink.

  1. 5 stars
Tried this today for a snack with my 18 month old! We both loved it! Yummy 🙂

    1. Yay! I am so glad you loved it!

  2. In a smoothie with pineapple and OJ I use kale or spinach. Never thought to try avacado. My boys will not eat avacado so it will be risky 🙂 Cannot wait to try. Thanks for sharing.
