Air Fryer Candied Pecans

I’m starting to wonder if there’s anything the air fryer can’t do. It’s been over a year since I got mine, and in that time, it has not failed me once.

I’ve used it to make perfect cheeseburgers, crisp Buffalo wingstender salmon, and oil-free zucchini fries, and it has handled every job without missing a beat. And now, it’s even making candied pecans.

These absolutely irresistible little morsels are pecan halves coated with brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt (plus an egg white to make it stick). Normally I make them in the crockpot ( with this candied pecan recipe), and it takes three hours of cooking, with a stir every 20 minutes, to bring them to crunchy perfection.
