Baked Fried Pickles
How many fried pickle lovers do I have out there? YUM! If I ever see Fried Pickles on a menu… I HAVE to have them, no questions asked.
I know some of you have never enjoyed this strange , yet delicious appetizer, and are probably thinking FRIED PICKLES?!? Trust me. If you like pickles, chances are you are going to love these.
On the down side, fried pickles are not the healthiest thing. In fact, my pilates instructor Angie, was appalled when she heard I had been dipping fried ANYTHING in ranch dressing 🙂
These will be a regular treat at our house, seeing as the girls ate more than me! They sat down to try some, and when I returned, they were ALL GONE! Hope you enjoy!
