Cheesy Bacon Crescent Roll Ups
Did you see the super cute Easter Appetizer Snack Board I posted yesterday? The delicious Cheesy Bacon Crescent Roll Ups were born just for that fun snack board. I wanted something savory to add to the board, but didn’t want it to take over our delicious Easter dinner.
So I used some crescent rolls and made a pinwheel to go along with the board. As I mention before, I was inspired by this recipe I have, which would be a great one to go to, for after Easter. If you have any leftover ham, I highly recommend my Cheesy Honey Mustard Ham Rolls.

Can I make these roll ups ahead of time?
These Cheesy Bacon Crescent Rolls Ups are definitely at their best when they’re fresh out of the oven. But even these don’t take too long, since they start with prepackaged crescent rolls.
Would other types of meat and cheese work for this recipe?
Yes! Whatever you have on hand in the refrigerator would work out great. Mix and match different cheese and meats to make this your own.
Ingredients you will need:
- crescent rolls
- chopped spinach
- bacon
- cream cheese
- shredded cheese
- honey mustard
How to Make Cheesy Bacon Crescent Roll Ups
- Preheat the oven to 350 and cook bacon strips. Roll the crescent rolls out and divide in two strips. Press all the seams together.
- Spread desired amount of cream cheese on the dough. Then top with spinach, crumbled bacon and cheddar cheese.
- Now slice the dough into 18 thin strips width wise. Roll them into pinwheels and cook them spiral up for 12 minutes.
- Once they have slightly cooled, I brushed honey mustard on the tops of them.
- Arrange on your Easter Appetizer Board, or serve as is.

These were easy to make & really yummy, but the next time I make them I will leave the honey mustard off. I lightly brushed it on just like the recipe says. And I love honey mustard, but it threw the taste off completely. Maybe just brush with butter instead. I feel like the mustard just didn’t go with it at all.
Sorry the honey mustard sauce wasn’t to your liking. I hope you like them better with just the butter next time.
